  21. TOYBOX HAS GROWN UP!!!!  Magic Desk is the successor to our 
  22. graphical menu program ToyBox II.  We've made several enhancements 
  23. and changed the name to reflect the fact that it's not "just for 
  24. kids" anymore.  At the same time, we've kept all of the features 
  25. that have made ToyBox II so popular.  Magic Desk can still be set 
  26. up to look and work exactly like ToyBox II.

  28. If you currently distribute ToyBox II (and you meet the 
  29. distribution requirements below), please consider this an update 
  30. version and begin distributing the Magic Desk files in place of 
  31. the ToyBox II files.  Please update your catalogs, file listings, 
  32. etc, as soon as possible to reflect the name change and new 
  33. features.

  36. DISTRIBUTION REQUIREMENTS

  39. Magic Desk is a copyrighted program distributed as shareware. 
  40. Distributors approved by the Association of Shareware 
  41. Professionals (ASP) may immediately distribute Magic Desk.  Others 
  42. wishing to distribute Magic Desk for payment must first contact 
  43. Virtual Magic Software for authorization.  Not-for-profit users 
  44. groups may distribute Magic Desk, and charge a reasonable fee for 
  45. copying and disks, without prior authorization.  Electronic 
  46. bulletin board systems (BBSs) may distribute Magic Desk without 
  47. prior authorization.  Any vendor, ASP approved or not, wishing to 
  48. distribute via racks or otherwise in a retail setting, or via CD 
  49. ROM, must first contact Virtual Magic Software for authorization.  
  50. We reserve the right to modify, restrict or terminate distribution 
  51. authorization for any distributor in the future, unless we have a 
  52. contractual agreement with you.
